We devote about forty five percent of our practice to estate planning, probate, guardianship and elder law. We devote about thirty five percent of our time and resources to real estate matters, including real estate closings and title insurance. The balance of our practice involves business law, including creating corporations, LLCs, and similar entities, and miscellaneous matters.

Estate planning means planning for what will happen to one’s assets on death and addressing who will make decisions in the event of incapacity or death.
